Making the world a hotter place one blog post at a time...

What to do when you've too much to do

Have you ever desperately needed to zone out for a moment at your desk? Well have I got some great time wasters for ya! Don't worry, I'm not talking about wasting YOUR time (you'll thank me later). I'm taking about helping you get your mind off the slog that is your desklife and onto to something hot! And I'm not just referring to Kaia and Bilito's newest Zivity collab, The Bellhop. Seriously, that sexy Bellhop haunts my dreams!

First let's wander over to the lovely fashion/culture/goth-world blog Haute Macabre. I hate to admit it but as of late I have had a lot of distractions on my mind and instead of spending time reading through burrito tweets or status updates about how my southern friends are having another baby, I like to get a little gritty with the HM bloggers (and if that's not enticing enough you should know that some of these contributers are part of Coilhouse Mag).

If you're looking for something sexy for yourself or someone with a dark flair in your life, even on a budget, HM has curated fabulous lists for small and big spenders alike! They've got some great DIY fashion tips, tear sheets and style guides, art suggestions and even local events geared toward today's darker set.

Somehow after diggin' on skeleton tights or soaking in the strange stimuli of HM I love to move somewhere brighter but also fashion and lifestyle oriented. The amazing Ms. Tula Jung curates Whorange, a lovely little landing page for all things stylish and cool.

Like the amazingly sleek but still terribly fun lego coffee table! The 8 year old me and the adult me can still be friends! WEEEEE!!!!

And while I'm on the topic of 8 year old fun I mustn't forget the stellar Ms. Natalie Dee. This is one funny broad! Her sharing machine comic shop is chalk full of gut busters written (probably) for her own sheer entertainment but they promise to pulverize the monotony of any workday!

So share with me some of your favorite distraction sites! Where do you go for fashion or style tips? Where do you virtually venture for non-stop giggles? TELL ME NOW!
